Spend points on the skill nodes for your six damage skills (Condemnation, Judgment Thunder, Divine Aura, Chain of Torment, Debilitating Mark and Earth’s Retribution) and on the Empyrean Lord’s Grace passive. Pick up the 4-point damage nodes as your paths reach them, and leave Azphel for PvP.
MrRosaPony, author of the most-liked public Cleric builds on questlog.gg, published an early-game board that follows that logic with 239 points:
| Board | Points | Skill nodes taken | 4-point nodes taken |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nezekan | 69 | Condemnation, Judgment Thunder, Divine Aura, Chain of Torment, Debilitating Mark, Earth’s Retribution, Light of Regeneration; Empyrean Lord’s Grace twice | 2 × Combat Speed, 2 × Cooldown Reduction |
| Zikel | 50 | The same six damage skills; Earth’s Grace, Survival Willpower | 2 × Damage Boost |
| Vaizel | 54 | The same six damage skills; Survival Willpower, Heal Block, Empyrean Lords’ Benediction | 2 × Critical Damage Boost |
| Triniel | 66 | The same six damage skills, Light of Regeneration; Radiant Benediction, Warm Benediction, Heal Block | 3 × Multi-Hit Chance |
| Azphel | 110 (own point type) | — | 4 × PvP Damage Boost, 4 × PvP Damage Tolerance |
The result is +4 levels on all six damage skills, +2 on Empyrean Lord’s Grace and Light of Regeneration, and one or two levels on a few other passives. On top of that come +3% Combat Speed, +3% Cooldown Reduction, +3% Damage Boost, +3% Critical Damage Boost and +4.5% Multi-Hit Chance. Survival Willpower and Heal Block are not priorities in any guide we checked, so those nodes are likely just on the way to the ones he wants. To see how those levels feed the rotation, read the Cleric PvE build.
Here is that board drawn out. Every path starts at the centre node, and the highlighted nodes are the ones MrRosaPony takes. On a computer, hover over a node to see what it gives.
- Legendary stat (4 points)
- Active skill (3 points)
- Passive skill (2 points)
- Common stat (1 point)

How are the Cleric’s Daevanion boards laid out?
Each PvE board has one node for every active skill, and the passives are split between the first two boards. Nezekan and Zikel each hold two nodes for five of the ten passives; Vaizel and Triniel add one node to all of them. For the Cleric, that split lands like this:
| Board | Unlocks at | Nodes | Points to fill | Passive nodes | 4-point stat nodes (+1.5% each) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nezekan | Level 12 | 89 | 134 | +2 Empyrean Lord’s Grace, Healing Enhancement, Warm Benediction, Immortal Veil, Empyrean Lords’ Benediction | 2 × Combat Speed, 2 × Cooldown Reduction |
| Zikel | Level 20 | 89 | 134 | +2 Earth’s Grace, Radiant Benediction, Survival Willpower, Heal Block, Prayer of Concentration | 2 × Damage Boost, 2 × Damage Tolerance |
| Vaizel | Level 30 | 89 | 134 | +1 every passive | 2 × Critical Damage Boost, 2 × Critical Damage Tolerance |
| Triniel | Level 40 | 117 | 168 | +1 every passive | 3 × Multi-Hit Chance, 3 × Multi-Hit Resist |
| Azphel | Level 45 | 153 | 232 (own point type) | None | 4 × PvP Damage Boost, 4 × PvP Damage Tolerance |
Nezekan is the board to fill first. It holds the two passive nodes for Empyrean Lord’s Grace and Healing Enhancement, two of the three passives Lucia, BoredAF and whelps rank first, and both Cooldown Reduction nodes. MrRosaPony’s early-game goal, keeping Earth Punishment up permanently, runs on Cooldown Reduction. Zikel holds the third key passive, Earth’s Grace, plus Radiant Benediction.
The filler nodes are the same on every PvE board: +3 Attack, +5 Critical Hit, +5 Critical Hit Resist, +30 Defense, +100 Max HP or +50 Max MP for 1 point each. Passive skill nodes cost 2, active skill nodes 3 and the large stat nodes 4. You can only take a node once it connects back to the start of its board.
Which Daevanion nodes should a Cleric take first?
Damage skills first, then the damage passives, then the 4-point nodes along the paths. MrRosaPony’s early board follows this order:
- Skill nodes for Condemnation, Judgment Thunder and Divine Aura, the skills that need the highest levels. Skill points stop at level 10, so these nodes are what take them to 12 and beyond.
- Chain of Torment, Earth’s Retribution and Debilitating Mark, which MrRosaPony also takes on every board.
- Passive nodes for Empyrean Lord’s Grace on Nezekan and Earth’s Grace on Zikel.
- 4-point nodes on the way: Combat Speed and Cooldown Reduction on Nezekan, Damage Boost on Zikel and Multi-Hit Chance on Triniel.
aLuckyRO adds two cost-saving tips. First, look for the copy of a skill node that sits closest to the path you are already on: the same skill can cost far fewer points on one board than on another, depending on how far its node is from the start. Second, skip the Critical Damage and Multi-Hit corners at first. Early Clerics have little Critical Hit, and on Global the Multi-Hit nodes add only 1.5% each, so the points do more on skill levels.

Should a Cleric spend board points on heals?
This is where the public boards differ most. MrRosaPony’s early board gives no nodes to Healing Light or Radiant Recovery, and none to Bolt either. Every point goes into the damage skills and the damage passives. whelps’ starting board gives Healing Light +4 and Radiant Recovery +1, and leaves Debilitating Mark out instead.
The difference follows from how each of them plays. MrRosaPony keeps Bolt out of his damage rotation, and says his healing is more than enough for normal dungeons without extra investment; only raids call for a more defensive build. whelps takes Bolt to 20 in his skill build, so his board feeds Bolt as well. If your group needs a lot of healing, budget a few nodes for Healing Light; if not, follow MrRosaPony and let the damage skills have them. On a full board the question disappears, because every skill gets all four of its nodes.
How do the public Cleric boards compare?
Three public boards show the progression from early game to a nearly full board:
| MrRosaPony, early game | whelps, “Rough starting board” | MrRosaPony, endgame | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Points on the four PvE boards | 239 (69 / 50 / 54 / 66) | 316 (80 / 73 / 80 / 83) | 416 (104 / 96 / 99 / 117) |
| Actives at +4 | Condemnation, Judgment Thunder, Divine Aura, Chain of Torment, Debilitating Mark, Earth’s Retribution | Judgment Thunder, Divine Aura, Chain of Torment, Earth’s Retribution, Bolt, Healing Light | Every active except Lightning Strike Scattershot |
| Passives | Empyrean Lord’s Grace +2, a few others +1 or +2 | Empyrean Lord’s Grace and Earth’s Grace +4 | Every passive +4 except Prayer of Concentration; Heal Block +3 |
| 4-point nodes | 2 × Combat Speed, 2 × Cooldown Reduction, 2 × Damage Boost, 2 × Critical Damage Boost, 3 × Multi-Hit Chance | All of those, plus 2 × Damage Tolerance and 2 × Critical Damage Tolerance | All but one Multi-Hit Resist node |
| Azphel | 110 points | Not used | Full (232 points) |
Both creators skip Lightning Strike Scattershot and Defiance on their early boards. MrRosaPony’s note on his midgame board covers the next step: once you reach it, fill in the defensive stats first and the last offensive nodes after that. His endgame board shows where that ends: nearly every node on all five boards.
Azphel needs no PvE planning. In the planner data it is paid for with a separate point type from the other four boards, so it never competes with them. Its nodes are PvP stats plus Status Effect Chance and Resist.
For the skill levels and specializations these boards unlock, see the Cleric PvE build and the best Cleric build comparison. The ring and Arcana lines that add more levels are in the Cleric gear guide. Every Cleric page is linked from the Cleric builds hub, and other classes are in the builds directory.
