FAQ

What time is the daily reset in AION 2?
Every day at 07:00 UTC on the Global servers, which guides call 16:00 server time. Since 25 October that is 08:00 in Berlin and 07:00 in London; until 1 November it is 03:00 in New York and 00:00 in Los Angeles, then 02:00 and 23:00 the evening before. NCSOFT has not published it; AllThingsHow, expcarry and MetaBot all give this time.
What day is the weekly reset in AION 2?
Wednesday, at the same time as the daily reset: 07:00 UTC. Guild Order still lists the weekly reset as provisional because NCSOFT has not published it, but the guides we read agree, and questlog.gg’s combat logs start each week on Wednesday at 07:00 UTC in all five Global regions.
What is the server time in AION 2 Global?
For the reset, Korean and Japanese time (UTC+9): guides call it “16:00 server time”, which is 07:00 UTC for every Global region. Events such as the Spacetime Rift run on each region’s own clock instead; NC adjusted the Europe servers for the change from CEST to CET on 25 October, which fits that model.
Does the reset time change when daylight saving time ends?
Not in UTC: it stays at 07:00 UTC. Your local reset hour moves instead, an hour earlier in Europe from 25 October 2026 (09:00 to 08:00 in Berlin, 08:00 to 07:00 in London) and in the US from 1 November (03:00 to 02:00 in New York, and Wednesday 00:00 to Tuesday 23:00 in Los Angeles). NC’s Halloween notice also times its 4 November item deletion at 8:00 AM CET, or 11:00 PM PST, which is 07:00 UTC.
What resets on Wednesday in AION 2?
The weekly entries: 4 attempts per Sanctuary raid, 3 Ascension Trial entries, 3 Subjugation tickets, 7 Exploration reward counts per Expedition dungeon, 14 daily dungeon entries and 7 hours of Abyss time per layer, according to MetaBot. Most refill to their cap rather than adding up, so use them before Wednesday.

When is the next reset in AION 2?

Every day at 07:00 UTC, and the weekly reset on Wednesday at the same time. The countdown below shows how long until each one and when it happens in your time zone:

AION 2 Global resets every day at 07:00 UTC, and the weekly reset falls on Wednesday at 07:00 UTC.

Community reading, not published by NCSOFT. Last checked 25 Oct 2026; the in-game recharge countdown has the final word. Why?

The time comes from guides that agree with each other and with questlog.gg’s combat-log data; NCSOFT has not published it. In the game, hover over any entry counter: its tooltip shows “Daily recharge in” and “Weekly recharge in” countdowns, according to MetaBot and KeenGamer. If those ever disagree with this page, trust the game. The rift timer and our other tools are under All AION 2 tools.

What time is the daily reset in AION 2?

07:00 UTC, every day. AllThingsHow puts both resets at “16:00 server time, which is 07:00 UTC”, expcarry gives 07:00 UTC, and MetaBot finds the daily and weekly refills at the same time of day, 16:00 on the server clock, in the game client’s ticket table. questlog.gg’s reset timer counts down to the same moment, 07:00 UTC. Guild Order, which marks its timers as confirmed or provisional, lists the daily reset as confirmed.

What day is the weekly reset?

Wednesday, at the same time as the daily reset. The guides above all name Wednesday, at the same hour as the daily reset, so the weekly reset lands on Wednesday’s daily refill. Guild Order still calls the weekly reset provisional, since NCSOFT has not published a Global schedule for it. One more sign that it is right: questlog.gg’s combat logs start “this week” on Wednesday at 07:00 UTC in all five Global regions, NA East and West, Europe, South America and Asia, as our DPS tier list found when it read them.

What time is the reset where I live?

It depends on daylight saving time, because the reset stays at 07:00 UTC. We converted it for the main Global regions. Europe moved its clocks back on 25 October 2026 and the US does on 1 November 2026, so the local hour changes on those dates:

Where Until 25 October 25 October to 1 November From 1 November
NA East (New York) 03:00 03:00 02:00
NA West (Los Angeles) 00:00 00:00 23:00 the day before
UK (London) 08:00 07:00 07:00
Central Europe (Berlin, Paris) 09:00 08:00 08:00
Brazil (São Paulo) 04:00 04:00 04:00
Japan and Korea 16:00 16:00 16:00
Australia (Sydney) 18:00 18:00 18:00

From 1 November, players in Los Angeles get the weekly reset on Tuesday evening at 23:00. The countdown at the top of this page does this conversion for any time zone, so you don’t need the table if your area isn’t listed.

What resets every day?

Your daily entries and keys, each with its own cap. MetaBot reads these limits from the game client; AllThingsHow lists most of the same daily items. Some counters are shared by every character on a server, so alts use the same pool:

Daily refill Amount Builds up to Shared
Duty Missions 5 completions 20 Per server
Nightmare 2 attempts 14 Per character
Transcendence reward count 2 (one every 12 hours) 14 Per character
Odyle Energy 120 (15 every 3 hours) 560, or 840 with a subscription Per character
Shugo Festival reward keys 3 12, or 21 with a subscription Per server
Dimensional Invasion reward key 1 7 Per server

Because Nightmare, Transcendence and the keys build up for several days, you can skip a day without losing them. AllThingsHow advises clearing Duty Missions and the attendance check-in before each reset.

What resets on Wednesday?

The weekly entries, and most of them refill to their cap instead of adding up. Unused entries are gone after the reset, so the last days before Wednesday are the time to use them. MetaBot lists these weekly limits:

Weekly refill Amount Shared
Sanctuary raid attempts 4 per raid Per character
Ascension Trial 3 entries Per character
Subjugation 3 tickets Per character
Exploration rewards 7 per Expedition dungeon Per character
Daily dungeon (Unknown Fissure) 14 entries Per server
Abyss time 7 hours per layer (14 hours with a subscription in Lower and Middle Reshanta) Not stated
Unclaimed Odyle cubes 10 Per server

MetaBot also counts the weekly Daeva Pass EXP limit (50,000 on the Season 1 pass) and the Season Mission rewards, which pay out on your points at the weekly reset. AllThingsHow gives the same numbers for the Ascension Trial, the daily dungeon and Exploration.

What is the server time in AION 2 Global?

For the reset, Korean and Japanese time (UTC+9); for events, each region’s own clock. “16:00 server time” is 07:00 UTC, and every source we checked keeps the reset at that one moment for all Global regions. Events are different: questlog.gg and shugo.gg give each region its own clock for things like the Spacetime Rift and the Abyss bosses, Berlin time for Europe and New York or Los Angeles time for NA. NC’s Europe maintenance of 25 October made “adjustments” for the change from CEST to CET, which only matters if Europe’s server clock follows Central European time, so we now use the regional clocks for events. More on this on our world boss timer page.

On 25 October, the first reset after the change, NC reported that some players did not receive their Shugo Festival keys and Nightmare tickets, and said it was investigating.

Is the reset time confirmed?

Not by NCSOFT, but every source we checked agrees on it. What we have:

  • Guides: AllThingsHow, expcarry and MetaBot all give 07:00 UTC, or 16:00 server time, for both resets, with the weekly one on Wednesday. MetaBot reads it from the game client.
  • questlog.gg: its Server Resets timer counts down to 07:00 UTC every day and on Wednesday for the weekly reset, and its combat logs start each week on Wednesday 07:00 UTC for all five Global regions.
  • Guild Order: lists the daily reset as confirmed and the weekly reset as provisional, because NCSOFT has not published it.

Europe’s clock change on 25 October settled the question for events: they follow each region’s clock, and our rift timer now has a server region choice. The reset is unaffected and stays at 07:00 UTC.

Where does this reset information come from?

Update history

  • Europe’s clocks went back: the reset stays at 07:00 UTC, so it now comes at 08:00 in Berlin. NC’s Europe maintenance for the change showed that events such as the rift follow each region’s own clock, so the server time section is updated.
