What gear do most Gladiators use?

Most geared Gladiators wear Nuakum or Vakron armor, a greatsword, and the same four accessories in nearly every build: the Noble Belt, Revelation Amulet, Ascension Bracelet and Clash Rune. The cards below show the most common item in each slot across 276 Global Gladiator characters with gear data on questlog.gg, checked on 2026-10-08.

The pattern is clear. Armor and the weapon vary with progress, so players are spread across several tiers. The four “everyone has one” accessories are upgraded in place instead of replaced. Bracelet shares add up to more than 100% because you wear two.

What is the best Gladiator weapon?

The best greatsword in common use is the Splendent Ebony Dragon Lord Greatsword, at item level 102. The Spiritforged Greatsword is the most common weapon only because nearly every Gladiator has one early. Its item level of 45 is less than half the Dragon Lord blade’s.

Dragon Lord pieces appear as crafting recipes in aion2hub’s crafting calculator, and crafting guides describe the “Splendent” version as a chance-based better result of the same craft. Mein-MMO’s general PvE path points players toward the Fire Temple at around 2,200 item level for weapon upgrades. How should a Gladiator upgrade armor?

Work up the armor sets in order of item level: Anguish → Bakarma → Vakron → Nuakum. Each step is a large jump, so it is usually better to move to the next set than to push enhancement on the old one.

Vakron gear comes from Vakron Sky Island. Mein-MMO places it at around 1,800–2,200 item level in the PvE progression.

Enhancement: Nuakum armor enhances with guaranteed success up to +10. From +10 to +11 the chance is 65%, rising by 5% after every failure, and the cap is +15. Geared Gladiators sit at about +11 on their Nuakum pieces. Pushing a single Nuakum Breastplate from +0 to +15 averages roughly 22 attempts and over 12 million Kina in questlog.gg’s enhancement table, so plan your Kina before going past +10.

Which accessories should a Gladiator wear?

Wear the Noble Belt, Revelation Amulet, Ascension Bracelet and Clash Rune, because almost every geared Gladiator does. Then fill rings, earrings and the necklace with the best set you can get, moving from Aulamus to Enraged Kromede to Dragon Lord.

• Noble Belt (94%): Mein-MMO says belt upgrades come from Strongholds.
• Revelation Amulet (89%): upgraded with feathers, per Mein-MMO. Both the belt and the amulet are non-exchangeable, so the one you have is the one you keep improving.
• Ascension Bracelet (75%): Mein-MMO suggests upgrading both arm rings as you approach 1,600 item level.
• Clash Rune (100%): every Gladiator with gear data runs it. Early quests reward Clash Rune chests.
• Rings, earrings, necklace: Aulamus pieces are item level 70, Enraged Kromede pieces 86, and Splendent Ebony Dragon Lord pieces 102. Mein-MMO recommends spending Abyss points on these slots in the 1,600–1,700 range.

Which stats and Arcana should a Gladiator chase?

Chase damage. Ulfhednar’s priority for a PvE Gladiator is Double Chance (the game also calls it Smite), then Combat Speed, Critical Hit and Damage Boost. Add enough Accuracy that you are not missing bosses. His specific picks:

• Weapon soul binding: Weapon Damage Boost, Combat Speed, Might and Precision.
• Guard soul binding: Weapon Damage Boost, Combat Speed, Damage Boost and Might, in that order.
• Armor stats: anything that adds damage, such as Critical Hit and Damage Boost. Use HP if you need more survivability.
• Pantheon (statue) stats: Wisdom for Double Chance, Time for Combat Speed and Destruction for damage. Illusion (cooldown reduction) is an optional fourth.
• Titles: Guardian of Algard for PvE damage, and the world-boss title Lacta for Combat Speed and Critical Hit.
• Theostones: Poison and Beast performed best for him early on.
• Arcana: cards that boost your main skills, Ruinous Blow, Overhead Slam and Rending Blow.
